Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, order value, and level of service required. We will provide the exact shipping cost during the order confirmation or prior to dispatch.

We offer:

  • Optional white-glove delivery (available in select cities)


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock items ship within 14 business days. Bespoke and Travel Twin™ pieces may require 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and production schedules. Delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and chosen service.

Each piece is shipped with:

Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with insurance coverage against loss or damage in transit. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for review.
